It’s Tuesday, and you know what that means – it’s time to announce our Upside Down Dog of the Week from Upsidedowndogs.com. This week’s winner is Willie Ray Cooper. Here’s what his mom Patti has to say about this silly pooch:

“This is Willie. The vet thinks he is a 2 year-old Labrador Retriever mix. I rescued him from an abandoned house. He is now so loved and I think it shows! He seems very relaxed in his forever home now!”

Congrats to Willie, our Upside Down Dog of the Week. Be sure to check back in every Tuesday to see a new upside down dog.
